Terms of Service
Last updated: January 1, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of https://seattlewaterdamagerestoration.co and any restoration services provided by Seattle Water Damage Restoration. By using this site or our services, you agree to these Terms.
Services Provided
Seattle Water Damage Restoration provides emergency water removal, mold remediation, sewage cleanup, crawl space cleanup, fire and smoke damage restoration, thermal imaging leak detection, reconstruction, and contents pack-out and storage services in Greater Seattle and Northwest Washington. Specific scope, pricing, and timelines are documented in a written estimate or work authorization for each project.
Emergency Dispatch
Calling our 24/7 emergency line does not by itself create a binding service contract. A certified technician will assess the situation on-site, and a written work authorization or insurance scope must be signed before mitigation work begins (unless circumstances require immediate emergency action to prevent further damage).
Pricing and Insurance Billing
Estimates depend on severity, scope, and materials affected. For insured customers, we offer direct insurance billing — we document the loss, submit to your carrier, and negotiate payment. You remain responsible for any deductible, denied items, or amounts not covered by insurance unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Website Use
You may use this website for personal, non-commercial purposes related to our services. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer our content without written permission. All content, including text, images, logos, and design, is owned by Seattle Water Damage Restoration or licensed to us and protected by U.S. copyright and trademark law.
Disclaimers
Information on this website is provided for general informational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional on-site assessment. We do not guarantee that any specific outcome will be achieved without an in-person inspection by a certified technician.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Seattle Water Damage Restoration is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this website or our services. Our total liability for any service project is limited to the amount you paid for that project.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Snohomish County, Washington.
Changes
We may update these Terms periodically. The "Last updated" date reflects the current version. Continued use of the site or our services means you accept any changes.
