Seattle Water Damage Restoration was founded in 2016 with one mission: deliver rapid response and superior technical expertise so homeowners and commercial property owners recover from disasters quickly and safely.
Over a decade later we still pick up the phone ourselves at 3am. We still dispatch our own IICRC-certified technicians instead of subcontracting. And we still handle the insurance paperwork in-house so families can focus on their lives, not their claim.

Mold can grow within 24 hours. Every minute the water stays, more material is destroyed. Our 60-minute promise exists because the science demands it.
Preserve, don't demolish
Most original hardwood, plaster, and finishes can be saved with proper drying tech (Injectidry, LGR dehumidifiers). We don't tear out what can be restored.

Direct billing is your right, not a courtesy. Our in-house advocates document everything and negotiate fair payouts so you focus on your home, not your claim.
